If you go on holiday to Menorca, and you go to the beach for the whole day, how do you change your tampon?

I don't know where menorca is, but they probably have restrooms. Bring a tiny purse with tampons, and just make a bathroom break every so often. If you want, put sunsreen in the purse too and just say something like, I'm going to touch up the sunscreen....assuming there is a mirror in the restroom. It's a good excuse and you wouldn't feel as awkward then.
Hopefully you will have access to a restroom, but if you don't go out for a deep swim, pull your suit over, float and change. Not easy, but quite possible. I went under a few times, but it worked. As for disposal you just have to let it float away. try to use cardboard applicator and not plastic. They don't biodegrade. No it's not nice, but that's reality.
um... you take a new one with you, and then you pull out the old one... and insert the new one :)
Do not insert your tampon in the water it could cause infection! Just try to use a bathroom and if there is not one have your mom drive you somewhere she will understand.
