Best way to lose 20lbs over the summer without changing diet?

I want to lose 20lbs over the summer. I%26#039;m willing to excersize, and want to drop fat around my thighs, tummy, hips, and butt. I will do anything, but I%26#039;m already on a diet and won%26#039;t change it because its O.K. (south beach diet) So What excersizes can I do to lose the weight. Also, I checked google for excersises, and couldn%26#039;t find many, if you do find one, please write how to do it. I refuse to do crunches/ situps, they screw up bodies, and digestive tracks, so don%26#039;t type in crunches/ situps, i won%26#039;t do them. I am a 14 year old girl|||Go to www.shape.com. Like an hour or two a day or so.|||Add exercise and a lot of cardio 3-4 times a week, that should do it.|||You can always do weight training and walk a lot.


Lifting weights and walking will definitely drop the pounds!


I have already dropped eight pounds this summer!

You can eat what you want but smaller portion sizes.


Drink plenty of water and make sure you take a multi-vitamin to have energy to workout!

Dont know where you get your info from but ever since i started crunches i have abs and im not even on a diet i just work out every so often.|||I was watching the simple life with Paris and Nicole and they helped girls lose weight by flirting and one girl loosed 7 ponds by just flirting because flirting makes you heart go faster with burns calories|||the best form of excersise is walking!!!!|||I was in the US Marine corps. Best work outs i ever did was





1. Running: Start with 1 mile and move up to 3.


2. Pull Ups: Do pyrmaid pull ups. Start with 1 stop, 2 stop, 3 stop, 4 stop as high as you can go than go down. 4 stop, 3 stop, 2 stop, 1 stop.


3. Forgot what it is called: Get a chest and put it behind you. Put you hand s on the edge of it to hold you and push your feet as far as you can out. Than just go up down up down.





Also you are very mistaken the crunches or situps do any damage. Studies show that 100 crunches are safe but 1000 no. I have been doing them for 5 years look great and no problems trust me on that one i am cautious.|||My for a 14 year old your set in your ways. Have you lost any weight on the South Beach Diet? I%26#039;ve wondered if it works. I see that some one said swimming, excellent, ride a bike, take up hiking, mow the lawn, bend over and weed the flower bed if there is one. I don%26#039;t know where you got your information on crunches and sit ups I%26#039;ll have to check that out. but what ever you chose, get out and move, because if you just sit around that really doesn%26#039;t burn many calories and it does add weight to all the places you want to reduce.|||You may not have found many exercises because you spelled it wrong. Since you are 14 it should be easy to lose weight without trying so hard. It%26#039;s summer, so swim when you get the chance, and elliptical machines help.
