Not all tar balls on beaches are associated with the oil spill. There were tar balls washing up on southeast FL beaches for decades due to boats dumping their waste at sea.|||hey.....that%26#039;s the least he could do.....and I mean the very least.|||no|||YES, he wants people to go to Kenya for vacation so now the beaches are full of black stuff so they will have to go to Kenya and see the black stuff over there.|||BP guaranteed that they could contain a oil spill from their drilling rig. The states on the Gulf coast that wanted off shore oil drilling guaranteed they had effective contingency plans in place to protect their coast in the event of an oil spill.
