Its been 15 years since I've gone to south padre. The beaches were not at all like they used to be, They were nice soft sandy beaches now its like walking on cement because most of the sand is gone. What happened? Is there a website that describes the changes I'm talking about?
Where did all the nice sand go athe beach on South Padre Island?
I has been worn down over time, replaced with the oil clumps, sea weed and now infested with jelly fish....when i was a kid the beaches were pristine, now they are crap....I think it may have something to do with the salinity levels over the years.
