Why don't they work on their bodies all the time and just maintain, instead of stressing themselves out for one day? It doesn't make sense to me. =/
Will someone please explain, or give me an idea as to why some people do this?
Why do a lot of people wait until an upcoming event to try to change their weight and bodies?
I think the reason why people try 2 lose weight before a special event is because it gives them a goal or motive to do sumthing that they wanted to do but didn't have enough reason 2 try.

We are all a bunch of procrastinators
People probably don't realize that they want or need to lose or gain weight until that event.
